Registered Nurse position available for busy GP surgery in Morningside. Position is part-time but negotiable. The surgery is fully computerized so you must be computer literate. Experience required in Medical software 'Medical Director' (essential) and Pracsoft but not necessary. Past experience in general practice is essential.
Duties involve standard treatment room procedures including: Triage, Childhood vaccinations (catch up schedules as required), Dressings/Wound care/ROS, ECG, Assisting doctors with minor procedures, Sterlisation, Cold Chain Management, Following Infection Control Procedures, Patient Recalls, etc.
