About the role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Create and deliver accurate BIM models
- Implement design changes and updates throughout the project lifecycle
- Streamline workflows using BIM technology to improve project efficiency
- Understand project objectives and advise on engineering solutions
- Engage with clients and design engineers to achieve optimal outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders
This role would suit an experienced Modeller or detailer/scheduler, or a graduate looking to start their career in the construction and engineering industry. Our ideal candidate is a goal-oriented team player who is enthusiastic, tenacious and prides themselves on their attention to detail.

- Previous experience as detailer/scheduler or modeler
- Experience in steel reinforcement detailing
- Technical mindset with an ability to read and understand technical drawings to create models
- A diploma, certificate or degree in civil/structural engineering, drafting or architecture
- Experience in modelling software such as Revit, TEKLA, Autocad or similar
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
