We are seeking a dynamic and flexible Casual Relief Teacher to join our school on an as-needed basis. In this role, you will step in to provide classroom coverage during the absence of regular teachers, ensuring continuity of learning and a positive classroom environment. You will be responsible for delivering pre-set lesson plans, maintaining classroom order, and supporting students’ academic progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver lessons across a variety of subjects and grade levels.
Maintain a positive, structured, and supportive classroom environment.
Manage student behavior and ensure learning objectives are met.
Adapt quickly to new classroom settings and follow school protocols.
Requirements:
Valid teaching qualifications and relevant experience.
Strong classroom management skills.
Flexibility, adaptability, and excellent communication.
Ability to work on short notice.
