You will need to be a hospitality professional with at least 5 years serious hospitality experience in running or helping run busy venues.
You will run a large crew, be able to roster, budget and keep all the balls in the air of a busy service. You'll in part be the face of the venue and be supported by a good team of owners and senior managers.
Great Tips and a decent base salary are on the table for the right person and there's definitely room to progress through the company.
