The Opportunity
Monadelphous is looking for Rigger / Scaffolding Supervisors to join our offshore Energy division on a 3:3 roster. These roles will commence in February 2025 for a duration of 6-12 months including onshore training before mobilisation.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Responsible for execution, reporting (including productivity analysis) and safe completion of all project scopes.
• Ensuring quality and safety of works (for both Monadelphous personnel and subcontractor) - directing and assisting team to organise places of work to ensure work is carried out to the required standards with a minimum of risk to personnel, the environment, equipment and materials.
• Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information (related to estimating and work pack preparation) as required.
• Planning and organising work to meet contract schedule and maximise efficiency and productivity of the workforce. Conducting Risk assessments, preparing and ensuring permits are correct for task.
• Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing and equipment procurement.
• Maximise time in the field – safety talks and interactions with crews. Completing own KPI’s and ensuring direct reports are also compliant.
• Supervise, coach and mentor trade roles and direct reports.

What you’ll bring:

• Current High Risk Workers Licence RA & SA, proven supervision experience in offshore brownfield projects would be highly regarded
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
• BOSIET / FOET & CA-EBS
• MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card)
• Proof of right to work in Australia
