The Role
To support our continued growth, we are looking for an exceptional Salesforce & Systems Administrator to join the team. The Salesforce and Systems Administrator leads the configuration, improvement, support, and maintenance of Orange Sky's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform (i.e., Salesforce) and integrated solutions.


In a nutshell, this role is responsible for:

• Serve as the primary System Administrator for the Orange Sky Australia and Orange Sky New Zealand Salesforce environments (UAT and Production);
• Handle all basic administrative functions including user maintenance/managing profiles, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields, record types, process builders, workflow rules and validation rules and other routine tasks;
• Configure objects, fields, layouts etc. ensuring alignment with business requirements and existing security and structure;
• Working with the finance and fundraising teams to manage donations sorting, coding, importing, processing donations by all methods, banking and receipting between the Salesforce, Netsuite and other fundraising systems;
• Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as Process Builder, Flows, Validation Rules, and Nonprofit Success Pack features such as Engagement Plans and Levels;
• Identify and gather changes/process improvement requirements across the Marketing and Fundraising and Finance, governance teams and implement best practice solutions / procedures that are easy to use;
Creation of reports and performance dashboards for MFP, Finance and/or management members to track key business metrics to assist with business decisions;

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude;
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests;
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills;
• Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization;
• Ability to critically evaluate and prioritize information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts;
• Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and other integrated system;
• Willingness to work towards Salesforce Certified Administrator accreditation.
• Experience working within a fundraising CRM environment such as; Salesforce, Raisers Edge etc;
• Understanding of Agile methodology;
Salesforce Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certification highly desirable.
