**Position: Sawmill Hand/Operator**
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Operate sawmill machinery and process timber.
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment.
- Inspect logs for quality and defects.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
**Qualifications:**
At the end of the day, everything we do will be taught on the job, so don’t hesitate to apply if you don’t have any experience in this industr.
- Trade experience preferred but not required; training provided.
- Strong attention to detail and safety commitment.
- Physical stamina and good communication skills.
- Forklift/ excavator experience ideal but not necessary
- Training will be provided for all operational activities.

Pay: $28.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
Schedule:
