ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Location: Wenona North Sydney
- Full time opportunity available
- Weekday and weekend shifts available
- Night shift - 12 hour shifts available
- Level 2 pay + night shift penalties
Wilson Security is expanding in NSW securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the Whole of state. This growth has created new roles within our NSW team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.
These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Client Services Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & client
- Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk
- Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification
- Managing contractors and deliveries.
- Responding to emergency situations
- Contractor management duties
- Ad-hoc duties
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Willing to support and step up as required into other roles
- Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
- Ability to work in a rotational roster (Nights/ Days Weekends)
- Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights
- Previous experience in Corporate Real Estate Contracts (highly desirable)
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
- Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes)
- Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods
- Valid NSW Security License (including Monitoring Subclass)
- Crowd Control endorsement will be highly desirable
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Working with Childrens Check
- Police check
