ABOUT THE ROLE:

Location: Darwin, NT
Immediate Start!
Full Time/Part Time & Casual Opportunities available
Weekday and weekend shifts available
4 - 12 hour shifts available
Potential earnings up to $100 000 (inclusive of generous overtime earnings) (*Potential earnings up to $100 000 p.a. subject to availability, hours worked including overtime, classification, and other factors)

Wilson Security is expanding in The Northern Territory, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the Whole of the NT. This growth has created new roles within our Darwin team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.
These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & client
Proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems
Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk
Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification
Responding to emergency situations
Contractor management duties
Ad-hoc duties

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Strong Customer Service Skills
Must have full working rights and availability
Proactive and problem-solving mindset
Willing to support and step up as required into other roles
Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
Ability to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)
Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights
Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes)
Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods
Valid NT Security License
Crowd Control endorsement will be highly desirable
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
