Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a wide range of Indian curries and snacks.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented according to our restaurant’s standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a chef specializing in Indian cuisine, particularly in making curries and snacks.
- In-depth knowledge of traditional Indian spices, cooking techniques, and recipes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience is preferred.
