Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia offers experience-based holidays in spectacular wilderness locations, including Ayers Rock Resort in the iconic Red Centre and tourism facilities in Mossman Gorge, located in tropical Queensland.

This role is located at o ur office in Sydney, which serves as a central hub, providing support to our operational teams based in our two locations.

We are seeking an Accounts Payable professional with an eye for detail and accuracy, and strong time management skills to join our Finance Team as Senior Accounts Payable Officer. This role will see you manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, from handling invoices to executing payments, as well as to lead the adoption of automated solutions, whilst continuously seeking and implementing improvements in system and processes.

Key duties:

• Full function Accounts Payable from receipt of invoices and payment requests via various systems, coding and processing for payment within established process.
• Identify opportunities for improvements in Accounts Payable and expense payment systems and processes and contribute towards the system upgrade and implementation projects

To be successful for this role you will have:

• 5+ years as accounts payable officer/senior accounts payable
• Preferred experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Excel intermediate capability – pivot tables, vlookups etc
