About the role

• The purpose of this role is to provide an efficient and effective client focused administrative support, facilitating outpatient consult room allocations.
• Coordinate, manage and supervise the management of consult rooms and the administration support staff within the Outpatient Services team.

About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Work collaboratively with administrative, revenue, and clinical teams to achieve organisational goals with regards to revenue generation and retention activities and compliance with financial reporting.
• Management and coordination of all outpatient clinic rooms via Resource Management System (RMS) at The Prince Charles Hospital including 5 different outpatient locations, comprising of 85 rooms to ensure optimal utilisation.
• Provide reports supporting outpatient services and demand for consult rooms and equipment across all outpatient locations with a current capacity of 170 individual outpatient clinical sessions per week.
• Management and approval of all ESM template requests new, modification and closures.
• Implement and monitor a regular staff rotation to assist in multi-skilling including direct supervision of day-to-day operational procedures as required.
• Maintain an efficient workflow, resolve problems, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment characterised by frequent and changeable priorities and deadlines.
