The Opportunity:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Corporate Finance Senior Analyst, to work
one-on-one with senior Corporate Advisory team members, and other specialists, within William Buck.

As a pivotal member of this close-knit specialist division, you will have the opportunit to work within a high-performing, full service Corporate Finance team and gain experience across a broad mix of valuations, M&A, transaction services, financial modelling and strategic advisory matters.

Successful candidates will have:
a relevant accounting or commerce degree, ideally CA qualified or working towards
3+ years’ experience in valuations, financial modelling, due diligence, and M&A
Excellent report writing, and communication skills
Strong analytical skills, and the ability to interpret both financial and non-financial data
Experience with excel, particularly building integrated models
Ability to manage and progress multiple transactions/assignments concurrently
Strong interpersonal skills
Willingness to make suggestions and ‘think outside the box’
Strong attention to detail
