Senior Associate Enterprise Operations Finance

Enterprise Operations is a key function within NAB that has over 5000 FTE that support several key processes, including payments processing, loan fulfilment, account management, customer support, financial crime operations, risk management and compliance for the Bank. As a Senior Associate within Enterprise Operations Finance, you will be responsible for delivering on finance partnering activities for your part of the Enterprise Operations portfolio.

You’ll have the opportunity to have an impact on a broad range of business and finance stakeholders.

Provide financial analysis and insights that will grow your skills and capability to maximise your value.

In this Senior Associate role, you will

Produce monthly P&L with commentary and value-added insights against plan and forecast.
Provide detailed financial analysis by using data analytical skills to enable the provision of commercial insights.
Proactively partner with business subject matter experts to understand and report on cost drivers.
Maintain strong balance sheet control and understanding through balance sheet reconciliations, review, and commentary.
Support change initiatives and business cases, including cost and benefit modelling and validation.
Proactively collaborate with finance peers in Enterprise Operations finance and broader T&EO finance team to learn, build knowledge and drive improvements.

What you’ll bring

Excels in a dynamic environment and can successfully multi-task.
Sound numerical, financial analysis and modelling skills.
Ability to utilise finance visualisation tools including Power BI.
Strong communication and presentation skills to deliver financial results with insights and recommendations.
Degree qualified ideally having a CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent) an advantage.
Curious and proactively seeks to understand business and cost drivers.
