Are you a qualified beauty therapist looking for the ideal salon to advance your career? The Beauty Bar is hiring, and we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Beauty Therapist who is passionate about skincare, beauty, and building client relationships.

Role Details:

• Position: Part time to Full Time opportunity (minimum 25 hrs per week)
• Schedule: Can work Saturdays & at least one late night per week
• Qualifications: Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy preferred
• Skills: A love for skin health and experience with various beauty services

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform beauty treatments such as facials, waxing, and lash/brow treatments
• Provide expert skincare and aftercare advice to clients
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Maintain salon cleanliness and hygiene
• Stay current with industry trends through workshops and training

Requirements:

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification preferred
• Previous management or OIC experience
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dedication to continuous learning and professional growth
