General Bookkeeping Services from Bank Reconciliation, Payroll Processing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, BAS review and checks, reviewing coding errors and large clean up jobs of account systems. Financial reporting, end of month reviews. Email communication with clients and collection of documentation as required. Journals and full set up of liability and asset accounts, reconciliation of payroll and year end reviews.
Management meetings and review of other staff work.
Set up of Accounting systems, reviewing financial data, building of spreadsheets for various outcomes.
XERO is the general program we work with for the bulk of all client work. We are after a highly skilled XERO expert.

PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE A SENIOR / TECHNICAL BOOKKEEPER THAT CAN CONFIDENTLY COMPLETE ALL OF THE ABOVE TASKS. While we do have team calls and light training/discussions we do not train on technical bookkeeping at this stage due to capacity / workload.
The role will begin as 20 hours, although the ideal candidate will be keen to grow to 35 - 40 hours within the coming months and be available on occasion initially if required. Days and work hours are flexible and can be discussed during the hiring process. Our business is growing at a fast rate and we're looking for someone that wants to grow with us long term.
