In this Senior Domain Business Analyst role, you will

Lead the elaboration of requirements, participating in agile ceremonies to support the development of strategic onboarding and financial crime projects
Drive and manage the business needs and convert them into requirements to deliver future state strategic changes, this includes gathering, validating and documenting business requirements
Focusing on delivering artefacts documenting clients, colleagues’ functional requirements, break down from epics to features and user stories
Supporting the work with technology to progress requirements to detailed solution design build and testing phases
Act as an interface between Business, Technology and platform Vendors to ensure that needs are met
Contribute to squad deliverables/artefacts based on Product Owner or Delivery Lead/PM’s prioritisation
Align with delivery lifecycles including the design of journey maps, process maps and business change implementation artefacts including training materials and communication

What you’ll bring

Minimum 10 years experience defining requirements for customer onboarding domains
Minimum 10 years experience working in complex environments, as a BA working in onboarding and financial crime domains
Understanding and experience working in implementing AML CTF Outcomes.
Experience working in complex environments, as a BA working in onboarding and financial crime domains
Strong analysis skills and experience in business requirement documentation
A background Private Wealth & Wealth Management ideally
A proven background in the Financial Services space
The ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions in line with time sensitive deadlines
Excellent stakeholder management experience
Exposure to customer experience, customer journey design and documentation is preferred
