About the opportunity
People and Culture in partnership with Digital Campus Services will soon commence a major project to migrate our Payroll System “Ascender Pay” to a managed hosted platform and upgrade to the latest version.

We are seeking two (2) Senior Business Analysts full time for a fixed term of 12months for the duration of this project.

One position will work within the project team, the second position will backfill the current Senior Business Analyst who is seconded to the project.

These full-time fixed term Senior Business Analyst positions within the People and Culture team attract remuneration of $115,042 to $129,573 (HEW 8) plus 17% University superannuation contribution.

Key Criteria
To be successful you will have experience in a similar role and will demonstrate experience in:

HR business and systems process analysis, identifying improvement opportunities.
Application administration - configuration of new features, functionality, and testing
Project analysis including development and updating of project documentation.
Development and delivery of end user training.
