What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling, tailored to each client’s unique needs.
- Provide personalised consultations to recommend the best treatments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
- Mentor and guide junior stylists to uphold our high standards of service.
- Contribute to our salon’s success with excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years experience as a qualified hairstylist, ideally in a senior role.
- Expertise in advanced cutting, colouring, and styling techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on personalised care.
- Passion for learning and staying current with industry trends.
- Leadership skills to support and develop junior team members.
- A flexible, adaptable approach to meet the diverse needs of our clientele.
