Senior Instrumentation Engineer

Our Energy and Resources Division works with major exploration and distribution clients to deliver specialist mining, oil and gas projects across the country. These include mining process plant modifications, upstream flowlines, leases, network gathering and distribution systems, major gas transmission pipelines, oil and gas onshore and offshore facilities, LNG, as well as maintenance and construction related work programs.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Instrumentation Engineer to join our Perth office and work on a diverse range of projects.
The successful applicants will be responsible for the preparation and review of high quality designs, documentation and specifications satisfying both organisation and client expectations.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering
- Experience in Instrumentation Engineering, 10+ years
- Predominantly local Australian oil and gas or mining industry experience (other industry experience also welcomed)
- Experience working on Major Hazard facilities
- Strong analytical and technical report writing skills
- Ability to manage conflicting deadlines and client requirements
- A strong commitment to client satisfaction and quality work
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects
- Demonstrated team player
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to train and mentor junior engineers
