In TCorp’s centre-led model, executives and their delegates are responsible for negotiating goods and services contracts and managing vendor relationships. As the Senior Manager, Procurement & Vendor Management, your role will support those activities while being responsible for the design, oversight, implementation and monitoring of TCorp’s procurement, contract and vendor management (PCVM) frameworks, policies, processes, monitoring and governance.
As a senior member of the Finance & Settlements team, your work will establish and maintain TCorp’s centre-led procurement and contract and vendor management models. Partnering with contract owners and key leads within TCorp’s Investments, Financial Markets, Operations, IT and Programme Management teams to understand business needs, create awareness of opportunities and enforce plans to ensure a well-managed strategic partner initiative portfolio, as well as a pragmatic approach to PCVM, is essential to your success.
Leading a team of three, you will be responsible for driving the culture of partnership with contract owners and key leads to understand business needs, create awareness of opportunities and enforce plans to ensure a well managed strategic partner initiative portfolio. You will also be expected to proactively look for new ways to work that will reduce costs, increase automation and focus on procurement value-add across TCorp while building, maintaining and developing impactful relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
TCorp would like to hear from you if you have tertiary qualifications applicable to the financial services industry (or demonstrated relevant experience) and 10 years plus experience in strategic procurement, contract or vendor management including budgeting and risk management. Demonstrated people management experience along with managing stakeholder relationships with a range of SMEs from various fields, and at various levels of seniority, and external service providers is essential.
