What your day will look like....
As a Senior Medical Officer in Millmerran, your day will be filled with engaging interactions and impactful decision-making. You'll be responsible for reviewing patient cases and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care plans. You will provide clinical care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, ensuring that every patient receives personalised attention. Expect to engage in clinical meetings and share your insights during teaching sessions, fostering a culture of learning and improvement. You'll also take the lead in discharge planning, liaising with patients and their general practitioners to ensure smooth transitions in care. Each moment presents a chance to make a difference, all while being supported by a team that values your expertise and commitment to excellence.
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $526,851 (L27) comprising salary rates between $343,754 (L13) and $526,851 p.a. (L27), motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., regional attraction allowance, professional indemnity cover and private practice arrangements. Superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) will be applied additionally to the total remuneration value.
