Position Overview:
God's People Campus Worship and Mission Incorporated (GP) is seeking a dedicated Senior Minister to lead the ministry on a university campus. The Senior Minister will be responsible for promoting Christian values of love, justice, and peace, while fostering the spiritual growth of students through worship services, mentoring, and Bible studies. This role is integral to shaping students into future leaders with a strong Christian worldview, contributing to the creation of a just and virtuous society. A key focus of this ministry will be serving second-generation Korean students and Korean international students, providing them with tailored support and guidance in their spiritual journey.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee weekly worship services on campus.• Provide personalized mentoring and spiritual guidance to university students, with a focus on second-generation Korean students and Korean international students.• Organize and conduct Bible studies to nurture students' spiritual growth.• Empower students to develop a healthy Christian worldview and become social leaders.• Maintain and engage a strong network of alumni, graduate students, and undergraduates.• Represent GP's core mission through various campus activities and outreach programs.• Contribute to GP's efforts in promoting a fair, virtuous, and free society.

Qualifications:

Degree in Theology (required).• Ordained pastor (required).• Minimum of 2 years of experience in campus ministry.• Proficiency in both Korean and English.• Preferred candidates will have an additional academic background in fields such as Humanities, Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, or Engineering.• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.• Commitment to promoting Christian values of love, justice, and peace.• Ability to engage and foster relationships within a diverse university community, with a particular focus on the Korean student population.

Salary:$75,000 per year.
