• Demonstrable ability to identify opportunities and define a holistic digital product strategy that will ensure seamless and cost-effective passage of products from concept to launch and landed impact.

• Deep understanding of our business domain, target market and users.

• Working knowledge of our technical and competitive landscape.

• Own outcomes and product investment, providing strategic recommendations into product viability, ROI and feature prioritisation.

• Articulate and communicate product and user requirements.

• Provide insights necessary to enable our technical teams to design and deliver the best solutions to solve our critical business needs.

Specific accountabilities for the Senior Product Manager, Asset Management Products include:

• Leading a portfolio of products/ services in the product line and responsible for their entire product life cycle from inception, growth, maturity, decline to retirement

• Leading product strategy development and execution for the product line

• Spearheading engagement efforts with stakeholders to proactively identify problems and translate these into new investment proposals or opportunities for simplification and standardisation

• Assuring value delivery and customer satisfaction

• Leading a diverse group of product managers and associate product managers, cultivating a high-performance culture and fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement
