Your key responsibilities will be:
Assisting to manage key tasks, deliverables and deadlines, including coordination with other team members to achieve project objectives and general project management and reporting requirements.
Contributing to the delivery of a suite of high-quality project management, financial, procurement and governance processes, including preparing and reviewing high standard correspondence, briefing notes, submissions, project management reports, status updates, financial and procurement papers and other ad hoc activities as required.
Communicate key information and updates to stakeholders as State Library prepares for and completes transition to new facilities. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with key project stakeholders, including project managers, program managers, client managers, clients and other internal business units.
Attending project team meetings, managing and providing project secretariat services and reporting requirements for various steering committees and stakeholder arrangements within established project governance frameworks.
Investigating, analysing and evaluating information from diverse sources including project documents, contracts and legislative / regulatory requirements and provide risk management advice to directors and project managers on project financial, budgetary, contractual, and procurement related issues.
