About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to undertake research and support the analysis, development and implementation of projects and other key activities in line with current National, State and local strategic plans.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Manage the identification, research, and analysis of current Mental Health Alcohol and Other Drugs (MHAOD) service issues within Central Clinical Cluster, Mental Health Alcohol and Other Drugs Service (CCC MHAODS).
• Support key initiatives related to service improvement, service planning and service development including strategies and projects to support the implementation of Better Care Together and its companion document, Mental Health Alcohol and Other Drugs Health Care Digital Information Strategy 2022-2027.
• Undertake all aspects of project management including scope, timeframes, cost, quality control, and risk management in line with endorsed project management frameworks.
• Support the management of CCC MHAODS projects through close liaison with Mental Health Services professional leaders and the CCC MHAODS team.
