The Opportunity We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who’s not only highly skilled but excited by the opportunity to shape the future of Io T technology in a fast-paced startup environment. Whether you’re a specialist in your field or a generalist with broad experience, you’ll bring strong technical skills and the passion to deliver high-quality solutions.
In this role, you’ll work closely with a tight-knit team, engage directly with customers, and deliver solutions that make an immediate impact. We want someone who thrives on challenge, takes ownership of their work, and has a track record of delivering successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of software platforms, including embedded software, mobile apps, and management systems.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and translate them into high-impact solutions.
• Collaborate with our hardware team to integrate NEUSKAone devices with third-party systems.
• Mentor junior developers and play a key role in shaping our software development practices.
• Own projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring top-tier performance, security, and scalability.
• Drive continuous improvement across all areas of software development.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong technical skills: Whether you’re a specialist or a generalist, you’ll bring deep knowledge in areas like Java Script frameworks (e.g., Express, Angular), databases (Postgre SQL, My SQL, Mongo), and networking (TCP/IP).
• Experience delivering complex projects from end-to-end in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and command line tools (e.g., Bash).
• Ability to engage directly with customers and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
• A passion for solving problems and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with Io T technology.

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

• Knowledge of network routing, firewalls, or port forwarding.
• Experience with multiple programming languages.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design and debugging tools like VSCode, Emacs, or Vi.
