About the job:
As a Senior Tech Recruiter, you will support Tether’s Tech Recruitment, responsible for sourcing, recruiting, conducting interviews, and hiring qualified Tech Engineers anywhere in the World.

Sourcing and Attraction:
Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies to build a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Proactively network and establish relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and relevant organizations.

Candidate Screening and Assessment:
Conduct initial screens and video interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Administer assessments and tests to evaluate candidates' competencies and aptitude for specific roles.

Interviewing and Selection:
Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to develop interview questions and evaluation criteria.
Provide recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate assessments and interview feedback.
Facilitate post-interview discussions and assist in the final selection of candidates.

Relationship Management:
Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand and meet their hiring needs.

Data Management and Reporting:
Prepare regular recruitment reports and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recruitment trends.
Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter or similar role, with a focus on hiring IT and Tech Engineers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate flexibility.
