About the Role

This role exists within Home Lending to deliver exceptional customer service to our new and existing customer base through the timely fulfilment of Settlement based activity. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partner First Mortgage Australia (FMS) to complete the process end to end.

Role Type: Permanent, Full-time

What will your day look like?

This Settlements Officer Customer Support Officer role encompasses:

Review, investigation and processing of signed loan documentation in readiness for settlement
Daily finalisation and funding of Suncorp Bank Home Loans
Team inbox management
Ledger balancing and maintenance
Timely completion of reporting activities as required
Identification and reporting of errors and incidents
Maintain required benchmark efficiencies and error rates through agreed throughput with leader
Completion of Quality Surveys (Where applicable)
Any other tasks as advised by Leader
What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Strong industry experience, Desired
Demonstrable experience with operational processes and systems (e.g. CBP, Hogan, Sunlink, Allfi etc) – Desired
Experience in roles requiring high levels of detail attention and risk
Experience dealing with stakeholders both internal and external
Customer Service experience (Store or Contact Centre)
