About Us: Tigerr Detailing Studio is a rapidly growing business located in Mascot, specialising in high-end automotive detailing services, with a focus on precision and delivering unparalleled results for our clients. As we expand, we are looking for an experienced and professional Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer to join our team.
Position Overview: We seek a highly skilled Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer who takes pride in their work, delivering premium quality results on luxury and high-value vehicles. While we currently aren’t offering sponsorship, we may consider it based on the candidate's work quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and Material Handling:

• Measure and prepare vehicles meticulously for PPF application, ensuring flawless alignment and sizing.
• Prepare and cut film materials using plotters and specialised equipment, maintaining an organised workspace.

Application & Installation:

• Skilfully apply PPF with an eye for detail, minimising bubbles, creases, or imperfections.
• Ensure vehicles are correctly prepped, including surface cleaning and priming for optimal adhesion.
• Perform touch-ups and inspect completed work to maintain high-quality standards.

Maintenance & Quality Control:

• Keep a well-maintained, clean workspace and store materials properly to ensure their longevity.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in PPF application or a related field.
• Strong technical skills and manual dexterity to apply PPF with precision.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Professional communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in detailing is preferred.
• Familiarity with a range of PPF and film materials.
• Strong eye for design and application aesthetics.
