Job Description:
The Senior Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining the visual elements of our brand. You will be responsible for creating designs that resonate with our target audience and elevate our brand presence across multiple platforms. Your primary focus will be brand design, social media assets, and pitch deck curation, with the potential to incorporate motion graphics to bring ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Design & Identity: Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal in line with brand guidelines.

• Social Media Design: Create visually appealing and engaging assets for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Twitter), tailored to each platform’s format and audience.

• Pitch Deck Creation: Design compelling, visually-striking pitch decks and presentations that communicate key business concepts and proposals.

• Motion Graphics (Optional but Preferred): Create motion graphics and animated content to enhance presentations, social media posts, and digital assets.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to ensure design solutions align with strategic goals.

• Campaign Design: Develop visuals for marketing campaigns, including digital ads, email templates, banners, and promotional materials.

• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends and bring fresh ideas to projects.

• Feedback Management: Receive, interpret, and apply constructive feedback from team members, executives, and clients.

• File Management: Organize and maintain design files for easy access and future reference.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within brand, marketing, or agency environments.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design).

• Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools for motion graphics.

• Strong portfolio showcasing brand design, social media assets, and pitch deck samples.

• Excellent attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

Bonus:

• Experience in UI/UX design or front-end development.

• Familiarity with 3D design software (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.).
