As part of our 2024/2025 Graduate intake, you will kick start your career in the in-house Visual Communication Design studio within the world’s largest single-play environmental and sustainability consultancy.

Your first 12 months as a Graduate Entry Level employee will include:
  • Access to a sponsor who will guide you through ‘life at ERM’ and support your development and career aspirations.
  • Intensive onboarding program to ensure you have all the tools to hit the ground running as a consultant at ERM.
  • Core design skills training (face-to-face and e-learning) to build your key capabilities.
  • Getting straight to work – access to exciting projects and clients to put your skill into action!
Who you are:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/Visual Communications
  • Recent graduate with a willingness/interest in design and visual communication
  • Enthusiastic and driven with the ability to be agile and innovative
  • Experience in using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop & In Design);
  • An understanding of file and colour management;
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office Suite – particularly Power Point, Word and Excel
  • The ability to develop engaging creative infographics, graphic assets, iconography and layouts
  • An understanding of UI and web design principles, video editing and email marketing would be advantageous, with a desire to develop these skills further;
  • Explore typography, image generation and information design
  • A solid balance between creative and practical, able to ensure brand consistency using supplied client brand guidelines
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly;
  • Ability to work as a team player, multi-task, maintain flexibility and work independently
  • Detail driven, well organized, self-managed and works well under pressure to meet deadlines;
  • Dependable, with integrity, respect, positive outlook, and customer focus
