Position: Restaurant All-Rounder
Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing outstanding customer service from their arrival to departure.
• Take customer orders and serve food and beverages with efficiency and precision.
• Operate coffee machines and prepare various coffee and tea beverages to high standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring the cafe area is tidy and well-stocked.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders.
• Assist with general cafe duties, including opening and closing tasks, restocking supplies, and maintaining inventory levels.
• Uphold health and safety standards to provide a clean and safe environment for staff and customers.
• Stay up-to-date with menu items, seasonal specials, and promotions to provide knowledgeable recommendations and engage with customers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant All-Rounder, Floor Staff, or Barista is essential.
• A bubbly personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in bartending skills are a bonus mark!
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, weekends and evenings.
