Description
This position reports into the In Store Excellence Manager and is based at Sydney, Australia.
The Graphic Designer is responsible for administering and providing assistance to Marketing & Sales staff through research, creation and enhancement of sales support and presentation materials, overseeing trade shows and conferences, evaluating the effectiveness of sales and marketing programs, and recommending changes for future programs to expand sales and profitability.

What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop creative graphics, layouts, and visual elements that align with the brand identity and messaging of the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all design projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure that all design work is innovative and cutting-edge.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met and all deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Design and develop creative and visually appealing marketing materials to support sales staff
- Conduct market research and analyze market conditions to identify new opportunities for sales and profitability
- Recommend and implement changes and improvements to sales and marketing programs
- Oversee product development feasibility projects and prepare new product sales support and presentation materials
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing programs and provide input on existing product modifications

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4-6 years of experience in a graphic design role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality design work.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, colour theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with Marketing & sales staff and management
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze market conditions to identify new opportunities for sales and profitability
- Experience in product development feasibility projects and preparing new product sales support and presentation materials
