As our Retail Business Manager at smart Melbourne, you won’t just be another cog in the machine—you’ll be the engine driving our success! We’re looking for someone who can handle it all:
Sales Performance: Selling vehicles, finance, insurance, and car care packages with flair.
Team Leader: Manage and motivate a small team to achieve outstanding results.
Customer Experience Expert: Ensure every customer experience is top-notch, leaving them excited to drive away in their new smart car.
About you:
- Finance expereince preferred but not essential
- Willing to learn & grow within the organisation
- Goal-focused & unwavering attitude toward success
- Able to work within a tight-knit sales team
- An entrepreneurial attitude
- Currently holding a valid VIC driver's licence
