About your experience:

• Previous experience and knowledge of working with Facebook, Meta Business Suite, Instagram and Tiktok is desired
• Previous experience managing client’s Social Media Accounts desired
• Previous experience working with Canva desired
• Previous experience working with Wix a bonus
• Photography / Mobile Phone Content Creation experience is highly valued
• Competent in the use of mobile and computer technology⁣
• 1-2 years experience in a similar position would be highly favoured

Your role responsibilities will involve (but are not limited to):

• Planning and creating content calendars for clients across multiple social media channels
• To raise the company profile and aim to drive new enquiries from new clients⁣ by attending networking events, business events and community events.
• Creating, drafting and scheduling posts⁣ for clients
• Developing Copy writing that encapsulates the brand tone of voice
• Producing marketing emails and sending them out to existing and potential customers⁣ as well as managing client’s Email marketing campaigns
• Work with the Agency owner to create marketing strategies for clients & regularly review & update strategies as well as completing social media audits.
• Ensure content is original, on brand and engaging
• Carrying out website management⁣ for some clients
• Managing Social Media Campaigns
• Client Relations⁣
• Assisting with 360 Degrees Marketing events
• Helping with Admin Requirements and various tasks that arise weekly
• Monitor the performance of social media channels through regular reporting and analysis.
• Monitor the performance of competitor content / activity, industry trends, and provide actionable insights and best practices.
• Filming tiktoks including fun goofy videos and day in the life videos
• FUN! Lots of work lunches, random outings, client visits, work trips and more!
• Other duties will be required as the business grows⁣
• Regular client visits creating content, filming reels & tiktoks and being the face of 360 Degrees to our clients.
• Random tasks from time to time
