The Position: Electrician
We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee and manage a small team, handling solar installations and general electrical work for our commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Install of solar PV systems on commercial sites.
• Complete PV warranty jobs as required.
• Work autonomously or as part of a team across New South Wales.
• Maintain a self-motivated and positive attitude towards all duties.

• Proven ability to supervise and guide a small team effectively.
• Strong communication skills for clear instructions and feedback.
• Problem-solving aptitude to address on-site issues and find solutions.
• Capacity to motivate and inspire team members.
• Skills to manage and resolve conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.

Skills and Experience:

• Full Australian working rights.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience (preferred).
• NSW Electrical License.
• CEC Accreditation (preferred).
• Strong understanding of the latest compliance requirements and practices.
• Current driver’s license.
• Construction Industry White Card.
• Working at Heights certification.
• Comprehensive knowledge of various inverter configurations and setup (preferred).
• Familiarity with solar module configuration and array design (preferred).
• Ability to navigate complex designs and offer configuration solutions.
• Positive “can-do” attitude.
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
• Neat presentation and customer-focused approach.
• Outstanding time management, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $38.00 – $50.00 per hour
