Exciting opportunities exist across adult acute and rehabilitation services at Royal Adelaide Hospital and The Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
You will have access to quality professional learning and supervision from highly skilled, experienced clinicians, and internal and external professional development opportunities. Over time, you can build your knowledge and skill through our clinical competency program, particularly in the management of dysphagia and communication disorders.
You will have opportunity for involvement in quality improvement and clinical research, contributing to the growing evidence for speech pathology clinical practice.
About You:
The Central Adelaide Local Health Network includes South’s Australia’s major quaternary facility, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, and the Repat Health Precinct. We also deliver mental health services at Glenside Health Services and at a range of other locations across the metropolitan and regional areas.

About You:
- Hold a degree in Speech Pathology or an equivalent qualification, qualifying for full membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Demonstrate strong entry-level speech pathology skills and effective communication abilities with patients, carers, and colleagues.
- Exhibit excellent organisational skills, with the flexibility to prioritise tasks and manage activities in diverse clinical settings.
- Commit to ongoing professional development and contribute positively to a culture of inclusion, critical thinking, and teamwork.
