About the OPPORTUNITY
We have an opportunity for a Supply Chain Risk Analyst to join our team ideally based at one of our SA Offices, however we would consider suitable candidates from other States. We embrace flexible work arrangements at BAE Systems Australia, such as working a 9-day fortnight and/or hybrid working.
You will be responsible for:
As the Supply Chain Risk Analyst you will be responsible for identifying and understanding the risk landscape for Supply Chain across the Australian Business, by ensuring that all Supply Chain Risks are identified, measured, and monitored across all programs of work in the Australian business. This role is the primary point of contact for risk management, incident response and business continuity for the supply chain function.
Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the coordination of Supply Chain risk identification and analysis.
• Lead the testing of business continuity procedures and mitigation activities for the Supply Chain Function.
• Provide tailored risk advice to managing current and emerging risks to anyone within the Supply Chain Function (e.g. risk optioneering assessment, financial risk assessment etc.).
• Develop and maintain risk management tools such as the risk assessment template, Supply Chain Risk Register, etc.
• Coordinate risk management activities to identify risk appetite for the Supply Chain Function and operational business units, leading to development of risk impact sub-criterion for individual business units.
• Liaise with the enterprise incident management and business continuity team to ensure consistency between enterprise and Supply Chain processes.

About YOU

• Australian citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (Essential).
• Demonstrated risk management experience, including creating and implementing specific framework and processes.
• Experience in leading risk conversations with both strategic and operational stakeholders.
• Business Analysis (or similar) – Degree or Project Management – Degree or Diploma is desirable however not essential.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, especially in Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to deal with key Stakeholders at all levels.
