Support & Implementation Engineer

People Scout Technology delivers recruitment technology products to clients across Australia and New Zealand. We are looking for a Support & Implementation Analyst/Engineer to join our CX team in Sydney. In this role, you will support our Saa S customers, troubleshoot and use web technology in implementation for new clients. You will leverage your skills in HTML, CSS, and JS to provide technical and system support and ensure delivery of amazing web experiences to our new and existing clients.

Role Requirements:
  • ICT Qualification - at least Bachelor degree
  • 3 years' experience in a support/web development role, with a clear passion to build out your skills and knowledge of recruitment process
  • A good basic understanding of SQL (Oracle SQL In particular)
  • Web Development skills in HTML, CSS, JS, Bootstrap
  • Demonstrable skill and experience in SAAS platforms and a desire to grow into customer experience (support & implementation) space
  • Understanding of applicant tracking or CRM systems (E.g., Springboard, Page Up, SAP, Avature etc)
Annual Base Salary: ~$75,000 to $80,000
