Technical Trainer - RTS

Exciting opportunity alert! We are looking for a Technical Trainer to join our Rail & Transit Systems team in Cardiff.
This key is a site-based role in Cardiff, working on site in a well-supported team and with great people, you will lead in developing, delivering, and evaluating technical training for our current and upcoming projects.
You will be responsible for assisting in orienting new staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills. You will have an ability to create rapport with internal and external stakeholders whilst thriving in a busy work environment whereby you are conducting training needs analysis, design courses, deliver training sessions, assess competencies, and manage courses and assessments to ensure all training requirements are met.

What You Bring:
- Teaching qualification or Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent desirable
- Relevant trade/technical qualifications in mechanical and electrical
- Excellent technical writer skills with attention to detail
- Experience in rolling stock highly desirable
- Strong competence in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of the Australian Qualifications Framework Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
