About you
As a Training Coordinator, you are an experienced coordinator with a passion for delivering high-quality training programs, ideally within healthcare or education. With excellent relationship management skills, you work seamlessly with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery. Highly organised and detail-oriented, you excel in managing administrative tasks, guiding and supporting registrars through their training. Your collaborative approach and strong communication skills make you a key part of the team.

In this role, you will ensure the successful delivery of the Australian General Practice Training (AGPT) program by being the main point of contact, coordinating registrar placements, providing training advice, and supporting the medical education team. You thrive in dynamic environments and balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution and have a strong understanding of the local community you are supporting.
