Technical Training Support Officer

About the Role
Based in BYD's Sydney office in Macquarie Park, this role will be supporting our Aftersales Technical Support Team for our upcoming New Brand. On offer is a Technical Training Support Officer position and your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:

Assist in organizing and coordinating technical training sessions for internal teams and external partners. - Provide administrative support to ensure training schedules, materials, and resources are prepared and readily available.
- Support trainers in delivering technical content by managing logistics and resolving any issues that arise during training.
- Work closely with technical support engineers to document and organize training materials, presentations, and project files.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, including attendance, materials used, and key outcomes.
- Ensure all technical documents are correctly filed on a shared point, updated, and accessible to the relevant stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain the training platform/system.
- Monitor and track the progress of training programs, ensuring all attendees complete required assessments and provide feedback.
- Collect and compile feedback from participants to assess the effectiveness of training sessions.
- Generate reports on training outcomes and recommend improvements based on feedback and analysis.
- Tertiary qualification in Australia
- Around 3 years of experience working as a Team Assistant or Training Administrator role
- Proficient with Microsoft Suites including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and can work well under pressure
- Detail-orientation and organized
- Have a passion at automotive industry, especially in EV space.
- Proficient in English and Chinese
