Senior Aftersales Service Training Specialist (New brand)

About the Role
Based in BYD's Sydney office in Macquarie Park, this role will support our Training Team and Aftersales Team. On offer is a Senior Training Specialist (Aftersales Service) position and your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:
- Facilitate engaging learning sessions using interactive methods like group activities to enhance participant involvement and retention.
- Design and develop clear, visually engaging slide decks with a strong focus on concise messaging, multimedia elements, and tailored content for different audience levels.

Proficient in creating and managing online training modules within an LMS, including setting up assessments, tracking learner progress, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Hands-on experience in service operations, with a deep understanding of customer service processes, aftersales operations, and delivering training tailored to service teams.
- Around 3+ years of training experience
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate effectively at all times and strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Leadership experience and excellent stakeholder management
- Flexibility to adapt in a fast paced, changing environment
- Ability to learn how to create training plans, training material and to train individuals and large teams
- Adaptable in navigating ambiguity and making quick, informed decisions while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
