Our Tutoring Centre in Baulkham Hills is currently seeking Part-Time/Full-Time Office Administrators and Assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily operations of the tutoring centre
• Work with a team of admin and teaching staff
• Encourage a positive and productive environment for students and staff
• Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, roster management
• Regularly review, verify, and validate information provided by team members to ensure accuracy and consistency

Requirements:

• Experience working with children in any capacity
• Strong customer service skills
• Supervisory or management experience preferred but not essential
• Applicants must have at least part-time work rights in Australia

Compensation & Growth Opportunities:

• Salary: Range from 60,000 - 88,000 + bonus + super, depending on skill set and experience
• Career growth into Manager positions
