About the Opportunity

An opportunity has arisen for a Village & Aerodrome Coordinator to join our Golden Grove operation in Western Australia. In this role, you will report to the Commercial Manager and work on an 8:6 roster. Your focus will be on managing village and aviation contract partners to ensure seamless operations and regulatory compliance.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the management and maintenance of aerodrome and village facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and legislative requirements.
• Conducting regular inspections and audits, and coordinating repairs and maintenance for aerodrome and village infrastructure.
• Handling daily catering checks, managing accommodation, and ensuring the optimal operation of village services.
• Sourcing quotes, processing purchase requisitions, and managing billing and invoicing for external parties utilising aerodrome and village facilities.
• Coordinating site entry and external service bookings, and maintaining PPE stock and visitor induction records.
• Performing monthly credit card reconciliations and conducting stationery stocktakes for commercial operations.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within the mining industry, including familiarity with site-based FIFO positions.

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

• Well-versed in performing general administrative duties.
• Experience with ERP systems, such as Pronto and SAP.
• Expertise in using travel management systems, such as People Tray and INX Inflight.
• Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Current C Class Driver’s Licence (manual).
