THE ROLE…
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Outbound Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that daily outbound activities are completed safely, efficiently and accurately. This is a pivotal role within our business, contributing to customer satisfaction and overall operational success.
This role is responsible for (but not limited to):

• Supervising Picking, Despatch and Rapid Response teams

• Ensuring that resource allocation is optimised at all times - reducing costs and achieving performance measures

• Monitoring performance metrics, addressing any operational issues, and implementing strategies to continuously improve service levels and customer satisfaction
• Training and induction of new team members
• Providing leadership and peer support to the warehouse leaders and warehouse manager
• Contributing to budget management, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and work towards maximising operational efficiency
• Developing and maintaining a detailed knowledge of our product range (tiles, bathroom ware, stone, and trade products) as well as product specifications, dimensions, variations and applications

THE PERSON…
We seek a high-performing industry professional who can work both independently and as part of a supportive team environment. Having industry experience in a similar role, you’re a confident communicator who can remain calm under pressure. You follow plans, focus on outcomes, and are meticulous with deadlines while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
