Warehouse Storeperson - CAF Rail Australia - Dubbo

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Storeperson within the Mindyarra Maintenance Centre based in Dubbo. The role is key to achieve excellence on the warehouse activities to ensure Train Completion Works progress accordingly to plan in cost, quality and time.


GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Unload and register trucks.
• Handling of the material within the warehouse physically and in the ERP.
• Preparation of material to be delivered to the production line.
• Preparation and management of shipments.
• Management of non-conforming materials.

ESSENTIAL

• Possess a tertiary qualification for the role or equivalent experience in similar position.
• Strong organizational and communication skills. Problem solving, Analytical skills, and Teamwork.
• Experience with office management software e.g. MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
• Accreditation and availability to use a forklift truck.

DESIRABLE

• Spanish
• Trained to use cranes.

As part of the Regional Rail project, the Mindyarra Maintenance Centre in Dubbo will receive a new talented team for train completion works (Manufacturing, Testing and Quality activities), with potential transition in the future to the Warranty & Maintenance teams.
