Company Description
Green Fox Training Studio is Australia’s first not-for-profit creative training facility. It was initially established within a high-security prison in QLD. Building on its success, it has expanded its reach to include incarcerated youth, women, and other areas of marginalisation, aiming to provide creative training opportunities.
Role Description
This is a casual position for a minimum of 2 days per week, on-site role for a Youth Program Coordinator at Green Fox Training Studio in Brisbane, QLD. The Youth Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and implementing youth programs, developing youth development initiatives, managing program activities, and mentoring youth participants on a daily basis.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication Skills
• Program Management Abilities
• Youth Mentoring experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Experience working with marginalised youth populations
• Qualifications in Social Work, Youth Work, Psychology, Education or a related field.

This role would suit someone who genuinely has an interest in social justice and can show maturity in advocating for the rights and dignity of young people.
