What you’ll be doing:

Optimization and growth of the Product portfolio - Identify market trends, opportunities and customer needs.
Build bridges between Product development, Delivery, Costumer Experience and Sales.
Drive cost reductions by optimal allocation and contract.
Local responsibility for all Pricing activities incl. but not limited to Price setting.
Ensure pricing in compliance with global governance.
Product profitability - Focus on maximize revenue, EBIT and GP through upselling and cost management, develop new revenue streams.
Strengthen the engagement with global network and drive value through the network.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you can offer:

Experience in Air Freight.
Excellent internal and external high-level stakeholder communication experience
Leadership competencies.
Experience of coaching, motivating and building a high performing team where you lead by example and inspire/energize your team
A drive to foster a strong community and collaboration across products (lead across functional and organizational boundaries) and functions.
Fluent in German and English
