What you’ll be doing:
- Optimization and growth of the Product portfolio - Identify market trends, opportunities and customer needs.
- Build bridges between Product development, Delivery, Costumer Experience and Sales.
- Drive cost reductions by optimal allocation and contract.
- Local responsibility for all Pricing activities incl. but not limited to Price setting.
- Ensure pricing in compliance with global governance.
- Product profitability - Focus on maximize revenue, EBIT and GP through upselling and cost management, develop new revenue streams.
- Strengthen the engagement with global network and drive value through the network.
To succeed in this role, we believe that you can offer:
- Experience in Air Freight.
- Excellent internal and external high-level stakeholder communication experience
- Leadership competencies.
- Experience of coaching, motivating and building a high performing team where you lead by example and inspire/energize your team
- A drive to foster a strong community and collaboration across products (lead across functional and organizational boundaries) and functions.
- Fluent in German and English
